This 500ml eye wash solution can be used to totally irrigate the eye in the event of an emergency. It is a requirement to have eye wash available where there is no mains water available. Whenever treating an injury you should wear protective gloves if available and you should aim to disperse any foreign objects or harmful liquids that may have entered the eye. You should try and avoid the casualty from touching the eye as this may inflame the irritation.
